I am a qualified transformational coach. I empower people to make dynamic changes in their lives. My qualification is through Animas, which is accredited by the International Federation of Coaches (IFC).
I live in sunny Surbiton, south-west London. I’m originally from Edinburgh, Scotland and I’ve been living in England for 23 years. My world is my 10-year-old daughter and my 2 Miniature Schnauzers!
My professional life began in business relationship management and technology. I have worked for corporate and not-for-profit organisations in senior strategic and leadership roles.
I bring to my coaching practice a personal specialism in building trusted relationships with people at all levels, right through to CEO.
Away from the world of business, I have wide life experience as partner, friend and parent, and I know first-hand about the power of making change.
I have a passion for helping people to fulfil their potential.
Coaching comes naturally to me. I am a person who offers warmth and encouragement, and I work with a wide variety of clients from many different backgrounds.
I have a refreshing direct, no-holds-barred coaching style. My clients know that I will hold them to account!
Above all, I empower people to make dynamic changes in their lives.
Working with fathers
My own life journey some years ago saw the breakdown of my relationship with my partner and subsequent challenges involving access to our daughter. I know first-hand the emotional and mental strain this situation brings. The experience of finding my way through the changes that had to take place has led me to help other fathers who may need a little guidance or support. I help out where I can with charitable causes that focus on parenting.
